Here is a list of the medical insurance plans that we currently accept. We also accept the Mercy Hospital Vision plan (Premier,in effect until Decmeber 31, 2011). If you have a question about your plan please call Carolyn or Pat, our office insurance plan administrators, at 749-4280.

We are also happy to announce we are now offering our own Eye Care Savings Plan.  Our personal vision plan is $25.00 per year for one individual, or $25.00 an entire family!  This entitles you to discounted exams, glasses and contact lenses! No small print, no limitations on the best frames and lenses we offer,  no confusing paperwork or formularies.  Its really quite simple.  Call or email us for more information.
